Games:

  • AYSO 128 plays games on Saturdays at Ball Camp. Inter-regional games are also scheduled for older players in the 14U through 19U divisions.  These games are usually within 1 hour of Knoxville.
Field Closures: are announced by 3pm each day and are for that specific day only

Refund Policy
There is a lot of planning that goes into creating a season or special event for the region. Although extenuating circumstances occur and plans change, these changes affect other families and the regional planning. Therefore, we ask that refund requests be submitted as early as possible. The following items outline our regional policy:

  • All refunds must be requested in writing along with supporting documentation if for medical reasons.
  • No refunds for cancellation within 14 days of the registered event start date. For regular seasons, the first practice date is the official start date.
  • Children who leave during the program due to injury or illness will receive a prorated refund, assuming doctor’s verification is provided.
  • If the region is unable to form a sufficient number of teams in an age division, or more than 1/3 of the games are canceled due to forfeiture, a pro-rated refund minus the Soccer Accident Insurance fee will be issued.
  • A $25 handling fee will be required on any refunds.

Parents

For parents new to soccer or to AYSO, the AYSO National site has the Parents’ Code of Conduct, a good FAQ for parents, and an introductory video.  Many of your questions are also answered on our FAQ page.  If you have a question that’s not answered there, please send an email to the Webmaster ([email protected])

Six Principles of AYSO:
- Everyone Plays (at least half of each game)
- Balanced Teams (no stacked teams)
- Open Registration (no cuts)
- Positive Coaching (building confidence)
- Good Sportsmanship (winning and losing gracefully)
- Player Development (helping all players improve their skills)
