referees MUST complete the Safe
Haven course either online or at
one of the training sessions.

preparation is to watch "Ready,

Fall AYSO TN
Valley Soccer Tournament.
We're still working on the referee
assignments so referees please pay close

We now have center
refs for all games scheduled
this week.
Please check the open AR slots and let
Eva know ASAP if you can help with
this weekend or any open slots for next
weekend. Note that there have been
several changes and cancellations for
the next
2 weeks, please review the schedules
carefully. We have an U19B
inter-regional game on 10/30 at Watt
Road (specific field to be determined)
and need a full ref team for that game.

The schedules for the
next 2 weekends have been updated
below. We
need a center and assistant referee for
the U12B game that was moved to 10/18
(tomorrow) at 6:30 p.m. The games for
Friday and Saturday all have center
refs, but there are quite a few AR slots
open. Please check your schedules and let
Eva know if you can help with
openings for either weekend!

that we have only 3 weekends left in the
fall season! Thanks again for giving of
your time and talents to make AYSO
successful in our region. The schedules
for the last 3 weekends are highlighted
below for your review. Please let

openings. She’ll be unavailable for part
of the fall break week (10/22 – 10/26)
and needs to get 10/26 & 10/27 taken
care of well in advance.

weekend – U10G at 1:00 (128 game), U12B
at 12:00 (128 game) and U19B at 3:00
(inter-regional game). Please let
Eva know if you can help with any of
these or the open AR slots. She need to
know by 5:00 tomorrow (9/27) because
she's going to be unavailable on the
Friday and needs to have the game
schedules complete and posted Thursday
evening.

We had an excellent kickoff to the
fall season

to 8 games cancelled this
weekend (3/23 & 3/24) due to Knox
County Spring Break but we still have
open slots for referees. We have a
few AR slots (4) for this weekend for
the U10+ teams and lots of opportunities
for next weekend (3/30 & 3/31).
Also, we
need center refs for 2 of the U8 games
on P2 tonight at 5:30 -- P2 West (Warren
v Hodges) and P2 Center (Crook v
Corley). If you can help, please go on
by and let the coaches know.

What an
awesome start to the season!!! We were so
pleased to see that everyone was having
fun Saturday. Thanks to everyone who
helped out with the games. It was a huge
plus to start off so positively.
Jack Graham has asked that all referees note the
following:
- GAME CARDS
– (1) Please take the time to fill
in all the blanks; (2) SIGN THE
CARDS (center and the assistant
referees) and (3) turn them in by
placing them in mailbox at the
field.
- GAME CARDS
– PLEASE take the time to fill
out the sportsmanship portion on the
back of the cards. That is how we
can address any issues before they
become problems. If a coach or
parent or anyone else is not meeting
the standards of AYSO...Positive
support for Players, Coaches, or
Referees... Please let us
know!!! Also, please let us know
when you see a super job of being
supportive!!!! (Note:
We are passing your evaluations and
comments along to the teams.
This is a great way to reinforce
positive behavior by coaches &
parents.)
- MONITORED
SUBSITUTION FORMS for the U16 &
U19 teams should be turned in with
the game cards. (Note: The back
of the substitution form is the
center game report.)
Finally, the sign up schedules for the
next 2 weeks are available below. There
